You Never Knew Me - I Love You This song is written from the standpoint of an adopted child to his birth mother (my wife and I adopted our son as an infant.)
You Never Knew Me - I Forgive You This song is written from the standpoint of an aborted child. I wrote this song when our Life Teen group was doing a Life Night on abortion. Peter's Song This song is about my favorite saint and apostle. I continually renew my hopefulness by remembering that Peter was chosen to be the rock in spite of his denials of Jesus. If our Lord can use Peter for such great things, I feel that I can be used in spite of my inequities. |
My parish, Sacred Heart of Jesus in New Iberia, has a vibrant youth ministry based on the Life Teen program. I have been a music minister for our Life Teen program for four years. These songs were written for use in our ministry. Some were written for liturgy, some for retreats and some for Life Nights. All were written for the glory of God and to help bring teens closer to Christ.
