A Mortal Man
If by chance, tomorrow for me, never again would come,
I pray to God, that I lived my life right, and did what I should have done,
I pray to God, that I treated others, with both kindness and respect,
I pray to God, to forgive my sins, and my soul to protect,
because I am not perfect, and never claimed to be,
for I am just a mortal man, who asks forgiveness from thee.
