Barnacle |
Let me be like the barnacle, Clinging so strongly to the rock It can not be moved, It stays glued to its rock No matter which creatures pass by, No matter how strong the winds blow, Nor how many times the waves attempt to wash it away. It knows that if it releases itself from the rock Its very life will be lost. Let me never forget what the barnacle one of God's smallest and simplest creatures knows. |
